I highly recommend this restaurant! The portions were very generous, and the waitresses were very friendly and smiling. We even left with a doggy bag!

My tartiflette was very good. A very generous portion. One small drawback: the bread for the fondue was moldy… (a mistake that happens to everyone). But overall, very good.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant; we felt like we were in Savoy, from the decor and atmosphere to the food... a real treat. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Dinner on December 29th: it was a bit chilly inside, but the food quickly warmed us up. We had the goat cheese fondue, which was very good. The only slight drawback was that there could have been a bit more charcuterie. The atmosphere was very friendly and the waitresses were pleasant.

Fantastic restaurant. We had a wonderful evening on Saturday for a birthday celebration. We felt like we were in a mountain chalet. The fondue and raclette were superb. The two waitresses and the owner were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to go back.

18/03/2026: I miss the days of Rosalie. Everything has gone up in price and down in quantity… For example, the frog legs as a starter used to be around €15 for a good portion; now there are two choices, one for the starter and one for the main course. The starter is roughly the same price with half the number of frog legs. And the main course has gone up to over €20… and is often overcooked… What a shame
07/03/2026: The meat was overcooked and of poor quality. The service was quick, but apart from one of the waitresses, the others weren't very professional. Scallops were served instead of the scallops we ordered. We knew this restaurant from previous visits and were disappointed. Poor value for money. It's very expensive!

01/11/2025: We come occasionally. My favorite restaurant in Châlons, never disappointed (except when we try without having booked in advance and there are no tables available 😉)
