In a beautifully minimalist setting, the meal unfolded flawlessly. The four-course dinner menu included a dessert (scrambled eggs with truffle), a refreshing interlude (champagne sorbet with a hint of olive oil), and petit fours to finish. The meal was worthy of the finest establishments and approached excellence. The service was impeccable, with perfect timing. The sommelier was highly knowledgeable, and the waitstaff was attentive and welcoming. We can't wait to return!

Exceptional! This is our second time dining at Chazal, and we were delighted. We came for New Year's Eve dinner and enjoyed excellent, surprising flavors and beautiful presentations! The service was very, very good. We highly recommend it. Thank you again.

Wow, what an incredible experience. One of the best gastronomical experiences I’ve had in France. Each of the main courses came with a little complementary side. So delicate and beautiful yet familiar tastes from my childhood (eating lobster on the coast). I hope I can come back some day.

A lovely place with a great wine list. The Grand Epicurean menu allows you to taste local products like smoked trout. The only downside is the cooking of the lobster and sole. As for everything else, nothing to complain about; it was a great time!

One Sunday afternoon, surrounded by autumnal colors, we stepped through the door of Le Chazal, a house in the village of Guibertes, to discover an authentic, warm interior with a matching sound system. And there begins a festival of flavors, for which the presentations prepare us. Whichever you choose, your senses will be thrilled. And frankly, the bill will seem very moderate after this experience, which I highly recommend if you're in this beautiful region.

Café de la ferme

13/10/2025: Perfect stop at Café de La Ferme during my trail outing. A more than quality "refreshment"! I was very well received, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even found me a bottle to refill to compensate for forgetting my water bottle. On special request, they agreed to prepare me a crepe to take away. It had a particularly succulent flavor! I really enjoyed it! I enjoyed this moment! Thank you for everything! I will come back!
11/10/2025: The unexpected surprise of my trip! A small menu with classics and lovely creative dishes. Low prices but with top-notch quality cuisine. Fresh, local, artisanal produce, excellent traceable meat, and perfectly cooked. Even dishes that are supposed to be classic, like burgers, were pleasantly surprised: an incredible homemade sauce, homemade burger buns, and the carrot and cumin mash to die for. The chocolate fondant served warm (one of the best I've ever eaten) with exquisite homemade walnut ice cream. And a fantastic team, super friendly, helpful, and always in a good mood, even the doggies! In short, the very affordable prices and the touristy location made me doubt when I arrived, but the quality of the food and service at this price is really great :)
