A wonderful discovery this lunchtime in Savennières. The welcome was warm and the cuisine, prepared with seasonal produce and vegetables from the garden, was simply excellent. The dishes were as delicious as they were elegantly presented. Special mention goes to the expert sommelier recommendations: we discovered a dry Chenin Blanc with surprising notes of Port, a perfect pairing. With an incredible wine list and excellent value for money, this is a place not to be missed.

A wonderful discovery! An explosion of flavors.

Everything is just right, perfectly balanced; you can taste each flavor without any one overpowering the others, and the wine pairings are stunning. The service was thorough, the staff did their best, but I found the wait between courses a bit long, and the waiter spoke very/too quickly, making it difficult to fully absorb all the information about the dishes. The use of tea towels as napkins clashes with the elegance of the food. However, the team's dedication is evident in many details both on and around the plate. In short, an excellent place to treat yourself, despite the slightly high prices!
