We had a delightful time. The four-course menu allowed the chef to express himself, and his dedication to local produce, some of which he grew himself, was evident. The cuisine was refined, and his appreciation for vegetables shone through in the dishes. The sommelier perfectly paired the food with wines, primarily local selections. We will definitely return.

A very enjoyable experience with the 4-course menu and wine pairings. Amuses: excellent, especially the beef tataki, which was to die for. Vegetable and buckwheat wrap: fantastic, particularly the sauce. Red mullet with bisque: the red mullet was a bit bland, but the bisque was perfectly balanced. Duck: the highlight of the evening. We absolutely loved it. Dessert: uninteresting (as is often the case in restaurants...). The bell pepper overpowered everything. We wanted sweetness and textures! The wines: - Orange wine (Sauvignon Blanc) to start: meh... really not a fan of these trendy orange wines from natural winemakers. It went down better with the meal. - Savennières AM: really very good. - Côtes du Rhône: a real favorite. Superb aromas. - Raspberry liqueur: fun.

A warm and inviting place. The cuisine is refined and precise, featuring high-quality local produce and a touch of daring. The wines on offer are also excellent. The staff were very pleasant and explained the dishes and wine pairings very well. The only minor point: it would have been nice to have the bread and cutlery placed on a placemat and to have the glasses changed between the white and red wines, but that's a small detail! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
