Excellent place, warm welcome, you feel right at home! And the food :) a myriad of flavors, aromas, and textures featuring seafood, among other things. Saint-Maur de Touraine cheese sorbet, house-smoked salmon, a vibrant array of colors on the plate. Thank you to the entire GUINOISEAU family!

On a business trip with an overnight stop, I stayed at the Cheval Blanc from Monday to Friday. While the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great, I don't recall ever having such a good meal at a hotel. Kudos to the chef!
