Fine dining at a reasonable price. Dishes are original and refined. Wine pairing with very good local wines. We came here on the recommendation of our B&B host and we spent a very nice evening.

We stopped at the Cheval Blanc and received a very warm welcome: excellent cuisine, but above all, a very friendly and humorous father-daughter duo! Our only regret: not being able to enjoy the pool due to the unpredictable weather :) Thank you again for this stay.

Excellent place, warm welcome, you feel right at home! And the food :) a myriad of flavors, aromas, and textures featuring seafood, among other things. Saint-Maur de Touraine cheese sorbet, house-smoked salmon, a vibrant array of colors on the plate. Thank you to the entire GUINOISEAU family!
