Restaurant a stone's throw from the underground city of Naours. Very good (country) bistro for lunch, you can also buy a scratch ticket or even your cigarettes because the place is also a tobacco bar. Catherine the boss welcomes you warmly, she is attentive to her customers, she loves her job, and it shows! The food is very good, the plates are generous and the value for money is unbeatable. The dishes are homemade, with seasonal products and especially local products such as the beaten maroilles cake which is a treat. You can go there with your eyes closed. As soon as I arrived, I was charmed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The rustic decor and open fireplace immediately made me feel at home. Homemade dishes with fresh and local products The menu offers a tempting selection of traditional French dishes, prepared with fresh, seasonal produce. I opted for the ficelle Picarde and a green salad. A real treat for the taste buds! Attentive and warm service from the Owner who was concerned about our well-being throughout the meal. She took the time to present the dishes to us and answer our questions with patience and kindness. Le Cheval Blanc offers excellent value for money. The portions are generous and the prices reasonable. We had a great time in this restaurant and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and tasty cuisine in a friendly setting.
