Bravo to Chef Dominique and his partner! A very warm and welcoming atmosphere, and an excellent meal! We've already been twice and we'll definitely be back very soon.
Good, nothing more. The green salad in the middle of the meat sauce isn't ideal. The apple pie isn't homemade, the tiramisu isn't great. For the cheese, the industrial toast could be replaced with a real slice of bread.
Good meal, it's a shame the meat came from the EU and not the region.
We're in the Charolais region. I think it would be good for the establishment to source meat only from local producers.
The meat was good but could have been a little more tender.
