Le Cheval Blanc sur Paris

28/02/2024: Small restaurant (3 tables in the main room) where we appreciate the minimalist nature of the menu (2 starters/main courses/desserts) which suggests its freshness and its frequent renewal. There we find traditional French cuisine with a hint of modernity in the presentation (it doesn't just look like a "bouillon"; we are in a restaurant!). I recommend !

18/02/2024: We would easily pass by this little restaurant without noticing it and we would miss something. Very good cuisine, good sourced products, copious and original dishes, nice selection of wines, attentive service (the carafe of water replaced as soon as it is empty, the bread which also comes back without you even having time to ask for it ...). Perhaps a slight downside on the desserts which are good but not up to par with the main courses and starters, I was told. For my part, not being very fond of sweets, I abstained. Without being subdued, the place is not too noisy, you can have a conversation without raising your voice despite the kitchen opening onto the room. This is rare enough to be reported. No-fuss decor. Excellent quality/price ratio for Paris if you don't indulge too much on the wines which can quickly add to the bill. I recommend.
