We had an absolutely perfect evening at Le Cheval Blanc in Changé. The menu was excellent, refined, and flawlessly executed. The service was perfectly timed, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and pleasant throughout the meal. Everything came together to make this a truly special occasion. I had planned a marriage proposal there during dessert, and everything unfolded smoothly and naturally thanks to the team. A huge thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and for helping to make this an unforgettable evening.

This was my first experience at a fine dining restaurant, and I wasn't disappointed. The service was very friendly and professional, and the evening cocktail was delicious. The dishes were flavorful and surprisingly generous considering their elegant presentation. We will gladly return.

The meal was delicious and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was reasonably priced. There was a rather noisy group in the next room who somewhat spoiled the atmosphere with their singing.

20/04/2026: Magnificent stay for the 24 Hours of Le Mans, nothing to say, everything went very well.
27/02/2026: The setting is simply magnificent: an elegant, refined, and perfectly maintained venue, ideal for elevating events. But beyond the beauty of the location, I especially want to highlight the professionalism of the staff and the entire team. A huge thank you in particular to Amandine, who manages this place with a master's touch. Her organization, availability, and attention to detail make all the difference.
