A very warm welcome, with a little peanut 😉 (not enough for me 😉). The owner is super friendly and knows his drinks menu inside and out. Very clean. It was raclette night, and when we saw the plates arrive, we were amazed by everything on them. The meal was absolutely delicious. As a bonus, we were offered a very tasty salted caramel rum liqueur on the house. See you soon! Fred

26/09/2024: Very good restaurant, very friendly staff, fast service, and good value for money. Very fresh products and all homemade. I recommend.
21/09/2024: During our trip, as we passed along the road, we came across L'Auberge Du Colvert Restaurant and decided to take a break. Even without having made a prior reservation, we were received cordially and quickly seated at a table. To our surprise, we were offered a complimentary starter, which was delicious. We opted for the "Découverte" menu, which allowed us to explore surprising flavors. As a starter, we chose the terrine de canard aux girolles. For the main course, the paleron de boeuf confit au jus was an exceptional choice, with tender, juicy meat, perfectly seasoned. And, to end this meal, we enjoyed the crème brûlée à la chicorée. To end this gastronomic experience, we enjoyed a good coffee, which perfectly complemented our meal. It was a delightful discovery!

Le Croquembouche

19/11/2025: A truly excellent culinary experience. The dish was succulent, flavorful, and generous (salmon risotto), and the caramel mille-feuille was just the right amount of sweet. Everything was perfect. I don't live in Abbeville, but I will definitely be back.
01/11/2025: No complaints about the quality of the food and ingredients; we enjoy it every time. However, a major drawback was the wait time: an hour for two people to get their food when arriving at the beginning of service. It's a real shame because the food itself is very good.
