Improved workers' restaurant. TB value for money. Even the table wine is good! Owner who tells good stories from his travels, smiling waitress. Great experience. I found my canteen when I return to Tours 🙂

28/03/2024: Pleasant room Refined cuisine Top notch service.
27/03/2024: I ate at the bistro de la liodière, it was delicious. Too bad the room is very noisy because of the machines at the waiters' bar even though the room is empty.
