My stay here was a bit disappointing. The air conditioning in the room was completely broken and didn't work at all, which made for a rather uncomfortable night's sleep. While the AC issue was a major letdown, the breakfast the next morning was decent—the variety and taste met basic expectations. I hope the hotel will actively inspect and repair their AC units, as a comfortable sleeping environment is the most essential part of a hotel stay.

05/06/2026: I recently dined at Château de Beaulieu, eager to discover the restaurant's atmosphere, its cuisine, and to enjoy the setting, which is indeed very pleasant.
The dishes were sophisticated and beautifully presented, with a real focus on flavor combinations. However, I felt the seasoning sometimes lacked character. I would have appreciated slightly bolder, more vibrant flavors to better showcase the dishes.
My main regret, however, concerns the ordering experience. Being a foodie and wanting to explore more of the menu, I asked to order two courses, which was refused. This made me uncomfortable and unfortunately impacted the rest of my meal. My intention wasn't to waste food, but simply to fully enjoy the gastronomic experience offered.
So, it's an establishment with a beautiful setting and refined cuisine, but this restriction regarding ordering somewhat marred my experience.

16/07/2026: Domino's plays tricks, definitely avoid them! I requested a delivery for 8:45 PM. Domino's promise is a 15% discount for a 15-minute delay, so I called the manager after the 15-minute delay. He was extremely rude and refused to honor the company's promise. This is the first and last time I order from them. Seriously, avoid them!

Very bad experience.
Perhaps it's time to hire delivery drivers who actually do their job properly. Yes, I entered the wrong phone number, and I take responsibility for that mistake. However, the driver had very simple instructions to follow, and above all, he should have knocked on my door. Apparently, that was too complicated.
When delivering to a customer, the least you can do is follow the instructions on the order instead of leaving without even trying to ring the bell. It's frankly disappointing and completely unprofessional.
