Excellent restaurant on Place des Carmes in Clermont-Ferrand! Le Choucas is a must-visit. The food is very good, homemade, and made with quality ingredients. Philippe, Anna-Belle, and Sophie are simply wonderful: a warm welcome, smiles, and good humor are always present. The quiches are delicious, there's something for everyone, and they're always flavorful and generous. The sandwiches are well-balanced, well-filled, and perfect for a proper meal. Special mention for their brilliant reinvention with the salmon and chicken poke bowls, ideal for a quick 10-minute lunch without sacrificing quality.
