As always not above, a sure value....pleasant, gentle, zen waitress, a pleasure...whether with family, friends or lovers, the place lends itself to it. There is something for everyone on the menu and everyone can find what they are looking for. Good and well served regional menu, excellent tarte flambée (and I'm picky😉). If you want to have a good time in all simplicity I recommend Chou'heim! Brigitte

Friendly decoration in Alsatian style I had the mussels marinière, very good, the only downside was that there was no finger rinse. I went to the toilet to wash my hands, which are downstairs, not possible for people with reduced mobility, Well the decor leaves much to be desired, there is a problem, the toilet door opens inwards, not easy to get in and even less easy to get out of, it would be wise to reverse the opening of the doors. To access the restaurant you have to climb stairs, what do people with reduced mobility do?? Pleasant service. There were customers who came in work clothes whose cleanliness left something to be desired (painting). Knowing that this restaurant is in the gourmet passport leaves an average image of this establishment and does not make you want to return.

Homemade sauerkraut was chosen; fine, gouty, a treat! The service is professional, dynamic and full of humor! THANKS ! We will come back!

All the dishes were very good. Very professional and very friendly waitress. Typical Alsatian setting. The boss with whom we spoke for a while is very cheerful and really friendly.

Very warm welcome in a traditional house The dishes are well stocked and very good The waitress is smiling and does everything to make the moment pleasant I only gave 3 stars for the room because the tables are a little small for 4 but it's a detail compared to the rest which means that we will come back without worry

Un excellent moment dans un lieu très agréable. Les deux serveuses présentes se soir là parvenaient à instaurer une excellente ambiance sur la terrasse grâce à leurs sourires communicatifs, leurs amabilités et à leurs petites attentions continues. Tous les plats que nous avons pris étaient excellents et servis dans des proportions très généreuses. Très léger bémol sur la différence entre choucroute classique et choucroute Royale : un morceau de jarret avec 90% d'os. Environ 40g de viande pour 7€ d'écart avec la choucroute classique. Cela m'ennuie de payer 175€/kg une viande de porc, si bonne soit-elle. Mais cela n'enlève rien à la qualité du restaurant, et à la qualité du moment passé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain passage en Alsace.

Le restaurant est très joli et ol offre une bonne variété de plats typique alsacienne. La choucroute est bonne mais pas exceptionnel. Le service est gentil mais lente Les pris sont accessible.
