I had the best sauerkraut I've had in Alsace in the three years I've been vacationing in your beautiful region.
We ate outside and had a little aperitif... we had a wonderful meal.
My sauerkraut wasn't bitter at all, but delicious, cut a little thinner than I'm used to, and cooked perfectly.
Just one minor point: it was served with pre-packaged mustard... ummm...
Otherwise, a very generous portion and the dessert was delicious.
If I'm ever vacationing in Alsace again, I'll definitely make a point of stopping by.
And thank you to the young waiter, Mattheo, who was particularly friendly.

Excellent place. The sauerkraut is truly delicious. They also serve Alsatian specialties such as dishes with Munster cheese and tarte flambée. The desserts are equally delectable.
The service is incredibly friendly. And I haven't even mentioned how pleasant the other customers are.
I recommend it 200%!

We had a wonderful evening with Matheo, a very cheerful waiter.
The menu was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
The setting is really nice; we dined on the terrace with a beautiful stork's nest right next door.

I ordered sauerkraut, but I couldn't eat the cabbage because it was so acidic/acrid. Even the color was a bit strange. It was our last day in Alsace, so we won't have fond memories of our last sauerkraut.

Seated in the sun when there were plenty of unreserved tables in the shade, this was the appetizer.
One of the waitresses was clearly bored or tired, but what's certain is that she wasn't friendly at all. I was disappointed by the sauerkraut, which was very vinegary, and what can I say about the profiteroles, whose cabbage was cooked mince.
The terrace, however, is very pleasant and a beautiful setting with the storks. For my part, I don't understand why this establishment is listed first by the tourist offices.

The service is always the same... deplorable! How can they stay with such uninviting staff unless (perhaps) they're related to the owners? Having good food isn't enough to retain customers, and it's highly likely they'll be penalized given the numerous similar reviews on Google!
