A superb experience, both personally and in terms of food. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The dishes were excellent. The atmosphere and decor were delightful. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it.

A must-have address! The place is warm and beautifully decorated, the owner is welcoming and friendly, and the food is simply delicious! We never imagined we'd be eating fondue by the sea in 23°C weather! A wonderful discovery!

One Saturday evening at 8 pm, 10 people in the family, and no reservation… let's just say we were on a quest for the Holy Grail! 😂 And it was a bit by chance that we stumbled upon Chalet des Marmottes. What a lovely surprise! We received a super warm welcome, with a truly lovely waitress, always smiling and attentive. 😊 The decor is absolutely stunning! You completely feel like you're in the mountains, in a charming chalet, even though you're by the sea… and the best part is, you can even eat mussels there! 😂🦪🏔️ A rather unlikely combination, but it works perfectly! There's also a very pretty stage with lots of instruments, which really adds charm and a unique atmosphere to the restaurant. 🎸🎺🎶 And as for the food, we ate very well: the dishes were visually appealing, generous, and above all, delicious! Everyone loved it, and managing to satisfy everyone at the table, with 10 people, is quite an achievement! 😋 A wonderful discovery made completely by chance… proving that sometimes getting a little lost leads to the best places! 😉 We highly recommend this restaurant and hope to have the opportunity to return soon. Thank you to the whole team for a great time, and especially to our amazing waitress! ❤️

We received a very warm welcome from the owner one evening without a reservation for three people. The mussels and fries were excellent! 👍 The burgers were great too! Very satisfied with this place in Merlimont.

Very good and very pleasant staff

Look no further! The best fish and chips in the area is at this restaurant in Merlimont-Plage. The fish was delicious, the batter golden, and the fries crispy! The portions are generous and the price reasonable. There's a wide selection of draft and bottled beers. Don't be fooled by the Savoyard style of the beautiful interior decor and the cheese-based menu. When they're not busy preparing a delicious Welsh rarebit, these guys are also excellent fishermen and seafood cooks! I highly recommend it!

A very well-located restaurant with excellent service, friendly and attentive staff, a great menu featuring both seafood and mountain cuisine, delicious dishes, reasonable prices, and delectable desserts. I highly recommend this place, and the decor is very pleasant.
