Three years ago, Maëlle, Abel, and Clarisse catered our wedding. Everything was perfect! Our guests still talk about the delicious food at Cilaos! Since then, we've been coming back to celebrate our anniversary. It's so touching to be recognized when we arrive. And above all... what a delight and what a presentation! We spent two nights at this hotel with our two daughters and were upgraded to superior rooms and a suite. The rooms are large, bright, comfortable, and very clean. The heated pool is ideal after hiking. The hotel is a little outside the town center, but close to Mare à Joncs. We loved our stay in Cilaos and hope to return very soon.

We had a wonderful time; the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was relaxed and very pleasant. Thank you to the whole team for this lovely experience!

I tried the catering service. They are very professional. The portions are very generous and the meal was excellent. I highly recommend them.
