We loved our experience at Clan des Cigales. From Grégory's ultra warm welcome to the digestive offered by the house: not a false note! Grégory knows his products very well, which he presents with love, and takes great care, even when it comes to finding a dish more appropriate for a 6 year old. As for Bruno, he honors the great products that are served here on the plate. We are delighted to have followed other recommendations before us and invite you to do the same! Sometimes, life gives you an unexpected gift, which becomes unforgettable.
This is what happened to me this evening, with my family, sitting almost at random, in an alley in the basket.
I asked my cousin to find us an aioli from Marseille to taste, even though I was only in my hometown on a whim, between Montreal and my home in Jakarta.
A remarkable Aïoli, with fresh fish from the market, a delicious Sôcisse de Marseille, and above all, the welcome and warmth of Gregory whose contagious enthusiasm will transport you.
Let yourself be guided and get off the beaten track.
My compliments to the Chef who assembles these extra-ordinary dishes à la minute, using fresh local produce.
