Our first time at the restaurant during its winter season.
We weren't disappointed at all; it's friendly, warm, and the fireplace/grill is a nice touch.
Everything was delicious, especially the veal chop...
A special thank you to Bérangère who kindly accommodated my request for a table; it was extremely appreciated.

Mixed feelings about this restaurant.
The artichoke was unfortunately far too salty, which ruined the dish. The mashed potatoes were frankly bland and tasted rather tasteless. The tarte tatin didn't seem fresh, which is a shame for a dessert that's supposed to be a classic.
On the other hand, the sweetbreads were excellent: perfectly cooked, with well-balanced flavors—truly a beautiful dish.
The wines are very expensive.
The service was impeccable, the setting perfect, but be careful of the chairs that tip backward.
So, a mixed experience overall, with one very good dish, but several disappointments.

Excellent restaurant, with top-notch staff and chefs. A big thank you to the waitress who kindly agreed to change the dish my wife didn't like, without charging extra. I highly recommend this very welcoming restaurant, and we will gladly return.

When I go to a restaurant, it's to enjoy myself and relax, not to feel the staff's stress or be rushed to order after just getting the menu, or to wait an incredibly long time just for the bottle of wine that also served as an aperitif... In short, the service was really subpar.
The dining room was overheated.
Fortunately, the meal and the recommended wine were good.
We weren't able to enjoy the ambiance and therefore have no opinion on it.
For a restaurant of this caliber, or at least what it was expected to be, it really deserves a good cleaning, even if it's just the glass in front of the tables and the cobwebs.
What a shame!
