I have been visiting Claviers every summer for the past six years, and Clavero holds a special place in my heart. Every time I go, I enjoy delicious food with a variety of rich and unique flavors. The service is excellent,warm and welcoming. I always have a great night at Clavero.
Still as good as ever! The weather forced us to have a quick meal, which is a shame because the quality and finesse of the dishes deserved a longer tasting.

We arrived on a Sunday at lunchtime...friendly welcome, pleasant setting...we had a very good risotto and, for my part, a fantastic confit pork loin with a succulent sauce and excellent truffle mashed potatoes...
The desserts were very good...nice fresh fruit salad and rum baba, yum!...
The best part, besides the setting?...a very friendly owner who knows his wine list well and guides you perfectly in your selection...bravo!
We had lunch with friends and they where really surprised by the quality of the food and the restaurant in this lovely village. The restaurant has always a menu that is different than the standard menu in the area. In the summer it is like you are in a Disney location or movie set but than for real such a lovely place but never overcrowded.. they have indoor and outdoor restaurant we always try to keep it a secret but ok for this once : just reserve a table and you will not be disappointed.
A little gem that deserves 5 stars. The cuisine is both inventive and simple. I highly recommend it. Enjoy this culinary interlude – an absolute must. Bravo!
