Excellent as usual. The chef has once again managed to surprise us with new creations: special mention for the Arctic char with a pea/asparagus/wild garlic/mimosa tart and other delicate, perfectly paired flavors. The morel soup, a reminder of his childhood, was a delight. The dishes tell a story. Everything is about delicacy: the small edible butterflies are magnificent; bravo for the skillful carving. Emma's desserts are beautiful to both the eye and the palate. The enchanting carousel of petits fours with coffee is now a signature of the establishment, one to be preserved. The service, led by Eloïse, the chef's wife and muse, is always pleasant and cheerful. She has a kind word for everyone. In short, don't change a thing. We love you.

Despite the gloomy weather outside, we were completely comforted by the brightness of the plates and their contents, and the explosion of flavors. Using primarily local products, whenever possible, is already remarkable. The chef's inventiveness won us over. We will definitely be back, and not alone!
