Magnificent gastronomic setting in the heart of a historic place, renovated with taste, details and finishes. We had a wonderful evening where we were able to benefit from the talent and creativity of Louis, Pauline and all their teams. A high standard experience! A Table to make or redo!
It was tasty, but too slow. The huge intervals between servings completely disrupted the dynamics of the dinner. We already wanted to leave without waiting for dessert, but they still gave us the bill only after it. It felt like all the guests were served at the same time, no matter what time they arrived.
Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! We dined at Feuillée, what was our amazement at the work of the Gachet couple both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Whether it was the products on the plate or the service, there was no false note. A big congratulations also to the pastry chef for her work and her desserts! Very high-flying and a truly great address to absolutely do.

The butler and his team come to complete the experience which can be enjoyed in an exceptional setting (outdoor terrace under a sumptuous plane tree).
Particularly seduced by our first dinner, we returned twice afterwards and were able to benefit from personalized menus to discover new creations from the chef.
A name to follow in the years to come after a first star which should not be long!
Words are extremely difficult to find to describe our experience... In all my gastronomic adventures I have never felt so many emotions. The setting, the service, Louis Gachet's cuisine, everything was perfectly orchestrated. I am honestly blown away by the entire moment we had. The Chefs' creations are at the top of the best, like Caroline's more than perfect service, all carried out with discretion and elegance by Adrien.
