A unique experience in this superb restaurant nestled in the forest. The staff was incredibly attentive. The cuisine was delicious and elegantly served. We were delighted with this discovery.

A restaurant on the outskirts of town, but popular with guests of the 3 Valleys ski resort thanks to its magical location.
However, I was very disappointed by the food, service, and welcome.
Upon arrival, I hoped to be able to eat comfortably by removing my ski boots and replacing them with slippers provided by the restaurant, as is the case in some restaurants of this caliber in the resort.
The response was that you could buy them for €19. They don't lend them out. Nice when you're spending at least €70 per person. When ordering wine, the waiters were completely lost with the wine list.
The local trout on the menu was replaced with tuna (not local). The €39 forest pasta was served with button mushrooms! And pumpkin. Overcooked! A few chanterelles (which were in the fondue) would have been a nice touch. The gourmet coffees were excellent. The waiters looked very tired... lots of mistakes. Fortunately, the setting is magical and perhaps justifies the prices.
But since it's often fully booked thanks to the instructors, you might as well take advantage of it.

Beautiful place, very nice restaurant. We had beef carpaccio and Argentine beef ribeye and a 1kg Argentine beef rib. The carpaccio wasn't great (fatty around it!). I wonder what cut of meat they used? €38 is a bit expensive! I was really expecting to eat a good piece of Argentinian beef! Please change suppliers.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Méribel.
Nestled in a pine forest, this magnificent chalet welcomes you to an incredible setting. Treat yourself to a gourmet break during your day of skiing.
I recommend the wood-fired specialties. For wine lovers, the wine list is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

We are huge fans of this spot
Expensive but exquisite food with a proper wine list. The remote location makes it exciting to get to and has a great affect of your bringing people first time. Some of the meats are the charts, the French onion soup one of the best and even their cheapest wines were very very good
The staff are a little pompous for a real holiday resort but perfectly capable

After a short walk to work up an appetite, we were delighted to enjoy a magnificent meal in a traditional chalet. We'd love to do it again.

A superb spot in the woods. We're at the very beginning of the season, so you can tell things aren't quite settled yet, but despite a few minor hiccups, I know that once the organization is better, this place will undoubtedly be one of the best in the Three Valleys.
An incredible wine guide!
Varied menu and excellent dishes.

The setting is a true haven of peace, nestled in the middle of the forest, absolutely magnificent and a complete change of scenery.
The welcome and service are impeccable, warm, and professional.
Everything about the food is of remarkable quality; the dishes are delicious and carefully prepared.
A special mention goes to the wine list, impressive in its diversity and richness—a true paradise for wine lovers!
I recommend this restaurant without the slightest hesitation!
