30/08/2026: We spent two wonderful evenings at the cheese shop: exceptional products, including a mild and creamy raclette and a fondue that's rarely equaled, not to mention the double cream with blueberry for dessert: a real treat! The service was warm and attentive, and the owner, smiling and passionate, so beautifully conveys the heritage of this family restaurant! The only slight drawback is the basement location, which is worth a visit but can be a little noisy (when the dining room is full). Finally, a visit to the ground floor is a must to see the owner's twin sister, whose bakery and dairy shop will tempt you to buy everything: specialty breads, brownies, carrot cake… everything is excellent!

03/09/2026: A beautiful resort. Access to the resort's cross-country ski trails is completely free. This is why the classic cross-country ski trails are sometimes less well-maintained, but we can still enjoy them on this vast and magnificent area!

18/09/2026: A truly beautiful spot overlooking the lake, in a calm and relaxing setting. A wonderful discovery, especially with that delicious blueberry tart! 🫐 And to top it all off, the smile, warm welcome, and kindness of our host. A charming place that I happily recommend!

Definitely not for PCs - this restaurant is a kitschy representation of the French image of America, with all sorts of depictions of savage "Indians" in feather headdresses, polar bears; in fact, all that's missing is a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer and it would be complete. But aside from all that, the service and the food were top-notch, especially being right on the edge of a ski slope. Thank you. Cheers. 5 stars

13/09/2026: We came as a group of seven this past September. We enjoyed our meal, although the portions were a little small for our liking. The most undeniable positive was the excellent table service and the speed with which the food and drinks arrived! The real downside, in our opinion, was the layout of the restaurant (and especially our table) and the atmosphere. We felt like we were eating in the middle of a bar and had to get up several times to let strollers (and dogs, which is more of a problem in an indoor restaurant) pass by during our meal. It was very noisy, with the bar right next to our table. Our experience was therefore mixed, with the generally unpleasant atmosphere and the small portions, although I must reiterate the excellent quality of the table service.

Once there, communication via WhatsApp was a real plus: the team was extremely responsive and attentive. Finally, the departure formalities were remarkably smooth. 28/03/2026: We come to La Table du Ruitor several times each year during our stay, and it's always a pleasure: excellent cuisine, a warm atmosphere, and attentive service. Very kid-friendly: the welcome, children's menu, and facilities are top-notch (changing table in spacious and always clean restrooms). Our daughter is 3 years old now, but it was very much appreciated when she was a baby. One small point for improvement: the waitresses wear skirts on the terrace when it's cold… it would be nice to give them the option of wearing trousers. This won't change the quality of their service at all ;-) See you next year!

22/08/2026: The restaurant has been beautifully renovated, and is very warm and cozy. The menu is varied, offering quite a few vegetarian options, and the pizza is truly excellent! A perfectly crispy crust, cooked to perfection… a real treat. 🍕 The evening meals are also generous, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Everything was delicious. Julie is always smiling, warm, and pleasant. It's always a real pleasure to see her. 🙂 A place I highly recommend.

12/08/2026: A very warm welcome from the owner, an excellent bartender, eager to ensure his customers have a pleasant time. The pizza was original, generous, and a real treat. Just like the burger! The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended! We'll be back. Live music on Friday evenings.

28/06/2026: Tsaretta became our local for the week we spent in Les Allues. Remy, the bar manager, was so welcoming, full of advice of things to do, we spent time over drinks sharing stories. A very warm guy, and Jennifer was also lovely. Good pizzas, Remy makes a wicked margarita too. We will be back. Thanks Remy, all the best from Sam, Mark, Billy and Joe x

27/08/2026: Attention, restaurant closed. This wasn't indicated on Google or on the voicemail. We were craving duck breast, so we called around 12:30 PM and no one answered. The voicemail said they were open from Tuesday, and it was Wednesday, August 26th. We assumed they were busy. We had come from Courchevel, so we drove up to their place only to find it closed. Updating the voicemail would be a plus.

20/08/2026: After a beautiful hike, we waited 20 minutes for a drink. We went somewhere else. This is a problem we've encountered before in this valley.

16/03/2026: Marius is a wonderful restaurant in Méribel that we highly recommend. The food is excellent, with refined dishes. A special mention goes to the croziflette-style ravioli – delicious! The staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
