Hello, today I went to have lunch in this restaurant for the first time and it went very well, the dishes were refined and succulent. I thank Chef Eric for this excellent menu and the dining room staff.

However, a lot of effort needs to be made on the wine list please The wine list is sparse, and the choices are not wise. I would like to find other wines from the French Moselle, from the region, for example. What is offered from the Contz estate is not the best choice. Overall the range of white wines is poor (too bad the menu is easily available). Pleasant service, a little long of course, but completely correct. Price in relation to the quality of the cuisine. In the end it is better, therefore cheaper than other establishments in the surrounding area (in Sierck les Bains, for example...).

Good food the way we like it! Suggestion: fillet of turbot with clams and veal steak; (other dishes were very tasty🤪 but you can't taste everything!) Perfect frozen mirabelle plum for dessert! Nothing to complain about.. it was excellent!!! It really feels homemade... I will obviously come back to try other dishes! Friendly and pleasant staff… Don’t hesitate to stop there 👌

This restaurant was a great discovery! A car park that will allow you to park easily. A friendly welcome followed by numerous explanations which will make it clear that everything here is homemade with quality products. After being able to discover the homemade salmon as a starter, I let myself be tempted by the chef's specialty, the Munster cordon bleu... a treat for the eyes and the taste buds! THANKS We will definitely come back
