Le Clos de Mauzac sur Camplong-D'Aude

Visited yesterday lunchtime, a tempting menu, too bad my allergy mentioned when booking several days before was not taken into account; result no starter for me 🙁 a main course and a dessert without much interest, on the other hand some pretty dressings. Disappointing experience in view of the different opinions consulted.

Excellent gastronomic stop a stone's throw from our gîte. Careful, fine and elaborate cuisine, at the right price. Impeccable service.

A very good restaurant. Undeniable price quality. We drive 40 minutes to get there but we are never disappointed.

The food is always wonderful. we had the 4 course set meal. cost was very reasonable. Lovely starters they look like a piece of art. main course was cooked to perfection. cheese was nice, might have been nice to have something like toasted bread or crackers of some sort. desert was to die for, the attention to detail is fantastic. have visited several times, the restaurant has yet to disappoint, it is a gem. we will be back again next time we visit the area.
