A wonderful 2-day, 1-night stay! The Megève room was fantastic!!! Very well soundproofed!! The room was spotless, the decor was superb! And the services offered were excellent! Breakfast was superb, you absolutely must try it, but the evening meal was magnificent, we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go back.

A magnificent place for a romantic getaway. The Megève suite is sublime, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the food is delicious. We highly recommend this idyllic spot.

A wonderful experience. The meal was delicious, with excellent flavors and top-notch service. As for the room, we were a little disappointed. The bathtub was dirty, the bottom was black and hadn't been cleaned. So we didn't use it. There was no ethanol in the fireplace, so it wasn't possible to use it.

The resort is very pleasant, the staff very welcoming, the restaurant excellent, and the suites refined. Our only complaint is the quality of the bedding, which could do with being improved (Indonesian suite). But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

False advertising. We booked the Megeve suite with an indoor spa (website). It's just a double bathtub with jets that don't even work. Obviously, it's not the same as a spa at all. We were very disappointed with this 5-star hotel. No refrigerator in the suite, poor bedding. The value for money was terrible, including the restaurant and breakfast. That's a lot to take in for just one night! We hadn't read the reviews carefully enough, and honestly, the complaints are valid. Of course, we were honest enough to mention all this when we arrived, which was completely useless. Now, at least I'll get a generic, standard reply!

Honestly, it's perfect for recharging your batteries. The pool is almost always empty, couples take turns using it, and the food is excellent. We stayed in the Geisha Suite, and the only downside was the bed, which wasn't queen size as advertised, but a standard size. Otherwise, 10/10

A truly beautiful place, perfect for disconnecting. Surrounded by nature and full of animals. The rooms are absolutely stunning, and we had a wonderful time at the restaurant. All the staff are lovely and incredibly attentive. The pool and jacuzzi are accessible 24/7! The only downsides: the mattress was a bit worn, so we didn't get the best night's sleep. But apparently, they're working on replacing it. And the room doesn't really have a jacuzzi, but rather a very nice, large whirlpool bathtub.
