The massage time wasn't clear because I didn't see the email, so we lost 15 minutes of the service. The hammam was lukewarm and completely uninteresting. However, the meal was very good. Have a good day.

A haven of serenity and calm in this charming estate where nothing is left to chance. Comfortable room. The wooded grounds are perfectly maintained, and the extended opening hours for the free games room and heated pool are a real plus. The food was delicious, although the breakfast package was a bit pricey in my opinion. But there was a good selection.

Unique, very spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the restaurant was a feast for the eyes and the palate. A place and hotel to remember and return to.

Just one star less for the room because the toilet seat was unstable and the television didn't work.

We booked this hotel two days after our wedding to relax. The location is very peaceful and the facilities (rooms, restaurants, pool) are excellent. However, the service is nowhere near what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. There's no one at reception after 7 pm, so if you have a problem after that, tough luck. We had an air conditioning issue; it was 28 degrees Celsius in our room and we didn't sleep a wink all night. There was no mention of our wedding or anything else; in short, the service was truly subpar.
