We met Sébastien during a Parisian event and wanted to come there to discover his field. We had a great time, Sébastien took the time to talk to us about his work, his vision of the viticulture of tomorrow. We made some more great discoveries during the tasting, thank you very much for the time given, we were delighted!

Had a great tasting with in English. Sebastien is very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his craft. Cute dog always helps as well. Not your traditional Alsacien winery, but would 100% recommend. Prices ranged from €11 to €20 (2024 prices) and are well worth it. Worth any detour you need to make.

This tasting was a rich moment thanks to Sébastien's naturalness, sympathy and passion. He is an educator and takes the time to explain how each wine is made. We enjoyed the riesling, the gewurst, the pinot gris and the red-white blend (a favorite!) What a joy to have known your project and your ethics: the commitment to adapting the wine industry to climate change, the creativity to invent new blends/processes, the innovative approach to syntropic agriculture, the production of wines without additives and the family dimension. Thank you again for this moment of sharing and for your commitment. Looking forward to re-tasting your creations by opening the bottles we have shipped!
