I've been going to this establishment for over twenty years, and what's remarkable, beyond the quality of the ingredients and the dishes, is the consistent level of excellence year after year. Everyone I know who I bring to this restaurant is captivated by the quality of the menu. Everything is carefully considered to ensure balance and just the right amount of food. From the always-fresh aperitif to the two starters, the main course, and the dessert, it's an exceptional culinary journey. Not to mention the bread and butter from local artisans. The atmosphere on the terrace in summer is incredible and perfect for a unique and timeless experience. And what can I say about the staff, who are attentive, caring, and possess a loyalty rarely seen these days. In short, a truly unique restaurant where you can go without hesitation (which is exactly what I do, as I never look at the menu before ordering).

An excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend! Everything is absolutely perfect: the warm welcome, the refined cuisine, the pleasant atmosphere… The dishes are prepared with exceptionally fresh ingredients, showcasing local produce and the authentic taste of good food. A big thank you also to the chef, who is very flexible and readily offers an alternative when a dish on the menu isn't to your liking: a particularly appreciated touch! But what truly makes all the difference is the staff, remarkably kind, always smiling, friendly, and attentive. You genuinely feel welcomed, pampered, and cared for from beginning to end. The chef even takes the time to greet each customer in the restaurant! That's become rare these days! A truly wonderful experience where quality, generosity, and hospitality are all present. A remarkable experience: This is our third visit to this restaurant, and this Sunday, we had another wonderful time! The welcome, the service, the recommendations, and the quality of the food all met our expectations once again. We particularly appreciated the attention given to our guests and the insightful advice, especially regarding wine pairings. It just goes to show how different dining experiences can be… For our part, we always leave with a smile, delighted by this moment of sharing and conviviality. We will return with great pleasure and encourage the entire team to keep up the good work!

Fantastic – and without a doubt, we'll be back! If I had to describe this restaurant in two words, it would be: fantastic and absolutely worth repeating! Here, there's only one set menu, no à la carte options. And I was incredibly lucky that this menu included practically all my favorite dishes! It all started with very original and creative amuse-bouches: glazed radishes, a delicious focaccia, and a small cheese parfait presented like a praline. A true delight! Then came the pan-fried porcini mushrooms and crispy tartine with fresh goat cheese and aged Parma ham – which you can also see in the photos – simply divine. Magnificent and very refined flavors. Next, a Tagliata of Piedmontese beef: exceptionally tender meat that literally melted in your mouth, bursting with flavor and accompanied by a wonderfully delicate sauce. And then came my absolute favorite: the red berry Pavlova. I adore Pavlova, and this one was simply divine! A dessert I would have gladly ordered again immediately. ❤️ The wines were also excellent. A very good champagne, Duval Leroy, was served as an aperitif, and then we chose a Crozes-Hermitage, which was superb and offered at a very reasonable price. And the setting also deserves a mention. We dined on a very romantic terrace, particularly pleasant in the evening, with soft and harmonious lighting that created a truly warm and elegant atmosphere. A perfect setting to fully enjoy the evening. I also greatly appreciated the chef's presence; he took the time to greet his guests and then returned later in the evening to personally check if everything was alright. It's a thoughtful touch that you rarely see, and one that I particularly appreciated. The service was generally very friendly, attentive, and considerate. One small suggestion, however: I would have appreciated it if the various amuse-bouches and dishes had been explained more spontaneously, without us having to ask. With such creative and refined cuisine, this would have enhanced the experience even further. But this is truly a minor detail in the context of a wonderful culinary experience. Yesterday, excellent and unreasonably priced. Today, mediocre and excessively, even outrageously, priced. Based on ten years of experience, not daily, but occasionally and during peak season, there's still excess and/or arrogance involved. Y Darcel

Great atmosphere and setting, really attentive and friendly staff. Food is not of 1 Michelin star standard so I can see why they lost it but still a really nice meal. Would recommend.
