An exceptional gastronomic experience at Clos Saint-Pierre. The chef is a truly exceptional cook, offering refined, creative, and perfectly executed cuisine. Each dish is a delight, with perfectly balanced flavors and sublimely prepared ingredients. The service is impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, and the welcome is particularly warm. A must-visit for food lovers. We will gladly return!

This is a delightful Provencal-flavoured gastronomic restaurant in the village of Le Rouret outside Grasse. What makes it charming is that despite being a Michelin-starred restaurant of superb quality, the atmosphere is relaxed and rural-feeling. The cooking is excellent and Chef Ettlinger even finds time to chat to his guests. The "menu du marche'" is exactly that, changing daily according to what's in season but trust the chef to deliver, of course taking into account any previously mentioned dietary restrictions. For a top restaurant, Le Clos is excellent value, with the less pricey lunch menu a good introduction but the dinner experience feels more leisurely and more romantic. Highly recommended, with no caveats. And try their Bistro too!
