I absolutely loved Bistro Saint Roch in Maussane-les-Alpilles! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The setting is both elegant and welcoming, perfect for a pleasant experience. As for the food, everything is absolutely delicious: fresh ingredients, perfectly executed dishes, and meticulous presentation. Every bite is a delight! The service is attentive without being intrusive, with a smiling and passionate team. A must-visit in the region, one you'll want to return to again and again. Bravo to the whole team!

Absolutely exceptional experience. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavour, but what really made the visit special was the service. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, especially as we were there with a baby and a toddler. Nothing felt like too much trouble, which made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Second visit to this restaurant. The food is still very good, the welcome is warm, and the waitress is pleasant. We had one meal inside and one on the terrace; both were enjoyable. Our only suggestion is to perhaps post the daily menu on Instagram; otherwise, everything is perfect, and we will be back.

A magnificent gastronomic experience. The dishes complemented each other perfectly. They were flavorful and indulgent. The wine by the glass… a delight for the mid-range one (I unfortunately can't remember the name…). The most varied and generous cheese platter I've ever had… In short, a place worth the detour… several times over…

Successful!!!! It's fresh, hearty, and very refined. The €42 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is a real treat, and to top it all off, the two young women are lovely. A beautiful, quiet spot under the trees.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and have absolutely no regrets... the setting is magnificent from the outside to the inside, with its chic bistro feel. The walls are adorned with black and white photos of actors and actresses who have graced the silver screen. A huge fireplace stands in the very center of the room. The cuisine is refined; if I remember correctly, the butternut squash velouté with parmesan and truffle shavings was a delight ❤️ and the mushroom and truffle vol-au-vent with pollock on a bed of crushed potatoes was delicious. We didn't have dessert this time as we were in a hurry, but we'll be back. Finally, the service was warm and truly attentive. In short... go for it!

Excellent experience this lunchtime. A straightforward dish, but what a dish! Chef Joan, in addition to being very friendly, is a true master of his craft: a truly exceptional chicken with Vin Jaune and morels.
A delicious Mont Blanc to finish.
My only regret was being in a hurry.
And a special mention to the very friendly young staff who also served us.
I can't wait to come back in the evening to enjoy the fireplace.
Well done and thank you.
