After a break of a few years, we stopped in today for the Easter menu. The atmosphere is still very nice, cozy and clean. The very young team was extremely friendly, very attentive and had perfect service. Although the restaurant was very full, he took the time to ask what we wanted, explain the sequence of dishes and prepare us a great lunch. The menu was a perfect taste experience. The tender mushrooms with a delicate dressing, the very tender lamb with refined vegetables, followed by a cheese platter with a huge selection of exquisite cheeses and the indescribable dessert. An Easter feast for the palate. The accompanying rosé wine rounded off the culinary experience. The young chef, who was very likeable to us, took the time to ask everyone's satisfaction at each table. I'm happy to pay the asking price of 180 euros for 2 people including an aperitif and a bottle of wine. For us the best restaurant in the region. I wish the young, very committed team continued success. Keep it up. The first star in the Michelin Guide is already waiting here. You deserved it. greetings from Germany

Without fail a warm welcome, impeccable service, cuisine worthy of a great chef with incredible flavors, superb visuals, a very nice concept with this unique menu of dishes cooked with fresh produce, and great culinary mastery , a 24-year-old chef who has everything of a great chef, congratulations to this team and to Johan for his cuisine

We had reservations! fortunately because many people could not be accommodated due to lack of reservation! which denotes a certain reputation :) We were not disappointed: very warm welcome, smiling and dynamic by a very attentive young team. For the dishes, two choices, meat or fish and this proves the freshness of the products because we avoid extended menus of frozen products... The sea bass (fish) was excellent and very well prepared. and the homemade desserts are also very good; A small downside, the room is quite noisy but it must be nice to eat outside when the season permits!! Thanks again to the kitchens and the people who served us. The rest took place at the Carrières de Lumière and we had an excellent Sunday despite the rain :)

Remarkable address with a unique menu concept at €55 including 1 starter, 1 main course, 1 crazy cheese platter!!! 1 dessert and 1 coffee. The dishes are excellently presented, remarkable taste and very fine. The service is top notch, both friendly and very professional. When we know that all of this is carried out by young people who have taken over the establishment since January 2024, we can only say bravo. A special mention to the revisited tarte tatin 😉 Well done for everything, I highly recommend this address
