It's a very nice establishment, the terrace is lovely...yes, there are a few bugs (flies, mosquitoes), but what else can you expect? It didn't stop us from having a wonderful evening! The main street isn't a problem at all, the setting is so beautiful. Upon entering the restaurant, we knew it was right in the center, so naturally, there are cars in the center. The dishes are high quality, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. I was surprised by the note on the menu: "Cheese is to be enjoyed on the premises." Indeed, when it arrived on a platter, very generously portioned, I immediately understood that this platter, which was so large that the two of us couldn't finish it, couldn't possibly take me home either... This platter is a symbol of generosity and sharing, and the total price is over 40 euros! I much prefer that to three cheeses on my plate with two salad leaves! They're beautiful, they're young... We stumbled upon Bistrot St Roch quite by chance, and it was a lucky find! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Everything was perfect. The dishes were beautifully presented, the quality and freshness of the ingredients were exceptional, and the cheese platter was excellent. For dessert, I had lemon and basil ice cream, a delightful surprise with a very refreshing and light flavor combination. The welcome was warm and attentive. A truly excellent place!

The staff were incredibly friendly, from the moment we arrived until dessert. They gave excellent wine recommendations (I highly recommend the white wine from Domaine des Blaquières) and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

Everything is homemade, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. As someone who loves to be surprised by new flavors when I eat out, the chef truly captivated me, introducing me to new tastes in both my main course and dessert! You immediately feel at ease and well taken care of, with genuine attention paid to the customers throughout the meal.
