For us, the best winstub in Alsace. The dishes are generous, delicious, home-style, and authentic... Special thanks to Mr. Roger, Mr. David, and Mrs. Biruta, not forgetting the chef and all the staff of this wonderful establishment. The decor is traditional and the atmosphere is friendly. I wouldn't miss our annual meeting at the Christmas market for anything in the world. Remember to book and don't hesitate for a moment... go for it!

A restaurant I stumbled upon by chance while strolling through Strasbourg. A lovely atmosphere, a very tasty menu, mostly meat-based. The wine is excellent. I highly recommend it.

The food is traditional, but the flavors seem geared towards tourists, with little nuance. Prices are okay for the location. Unfortunately, there are often waiting times. The tables are very close together.

Nice traditional Alsace Wein Stube a few blocks away from the touristy places. Cozy atmosphere. I was there quite early (6 pm) and was the only one there, which was a bit awkward. But I was committed. I had the pork knuckle with fried potatoes and order a side of vegetables. The flavor was very good although there was hardly any meat. Mostly skin, bone and fat. Still, an overall tasty dinner. Service was okay. Only 2 beer types on the menu, but nice local wine selection.
