A very good and varied restaurant, and relatively inexpensive. It has a terrace which I imagine is more pleasant in summer, and plenty of space inside. Everything we ate was delicious and plentiful, from the appetizers to the dessert. Plus, it has long opening hours. We arrived late for lunch on a Sunday, and the kitchen was still open.

We had a great time today. The service was a little slow, but the waiters and waitresses were very pleasant. The products are fresh and very good... I recommend the smoked salmon 10000%, it's absolutely excellent!

Passing through the area, we were very pleased with this brasserie. Excellent value for money. Friendly service. They had a very good financier, which wasn't on the menu but I saw on the bar when I arrived. I will definitely return.

Very satisfying traditional cuisine. A very cozy interior with decor reminiscent of old-fashioned art deco brasseries: marble and brass with bottles displayed at the bar. Well located in Soissons for a break! Friendly service!

Brasserie La Cathédrale

16/12/2024: Restaurant I have been to quite often. But there, the affligem triples in 50 cl at 14€!!!! Where are we going? Totally unjustified. Then, the tartare.... It has always been excellent but on my last visit, it had a pink color as if the beef was mixed with something else and what's more, it was completely tasteless. Sorry for these comments, but I can no longer find my way when I come to you.
02/12/2024: Hello everyone, second time we have had a really perfect lunch, atmosphere and services plus excellent cuisine which means that we had a very good time
