The beef was very good as well as the duck (magret) service was friendly. But I am giving only 3 stars because prices were excessive for a provincial restaurant in spite of lower local costs than in Paris. You can find the same quality in Paris for less money.

A lovely, charming, and welcoming bar and restaurant. Located next to the Cathedral Square. We had coffee and crepes in the morning upon arrival. Very pleasant. We also had a meal before leaving. Generous portions and delicious food. The service was very professional and friendly. Reasonable prices. Well done and thank you.

Le Relais des Vignes Restaurant

06/09/2026: Service provided by Léa. Very friendly and helpful. The meal was very good 👍🏼
14/08/2026: High-quality cuisine in a very beautiful setting, however, I was very surprised by the waiter who rolled his eyes because I wanted to eat inside due to the possibility of smoking.

Brasserie La Cathédrale

27/09/2026: Restaurant with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere!
26/09/2026: My wife and I ate there last night, and it was such a pleasure to see this restaurant with its beautiful setting under new ownership. The staff is attentive, and I had the famous Soissoulet—it was amazing! The best dish I've had in Soissons. From appetizer to dessert, it was a delight. It's wonderful to see independent businesses working with seasonal, high-quality products. Well done, keep up the good work!
