the location is, devine: peaceful, beautiful, a place of well-being. The food is excellent, because the Chef is: tender entre-côte, a must-have ‘croûte au cêpes’, a fromage blanc et confiture, very good (well deserved..) after-hike-beer des ‘Cimes’ (we tried all (rousse, blanche and regular..), the fries - everything in sync with the place! But what cut it for us, was the service: smiling, friendly, attentionate, prompt: Albanne and Arnaud cracked the formula. A place to remember and - to return to. Merci!

What a view!
What kindness from all the staff!
What cuisine!
We are served with kindness with a smile, quickly served dishes which are very good.
After a good hike from the summit of Jailet, the children are happy (and the older children too) to find this chalet with lots of wooden games, ping pong, football, etc.
Everything is clean, impeccable toilets.
We recharged our batteries to tackle the 1 hour hike to the Jailet cable car.

Petite rando au dessus de Combloux...Pause gourmande au Coeur d'or. Accueil sympathique, terrasse délicatement ombragée. La croûte aux cèpes excellente. La tartine Italienne appréciée. Et très bonne tarte framboises myrtilles. Nous recommandons.

Amazing. We went here today during our small hike and stopped by for lunch and a drink. We were immediately greeted with a smile and a well-needed bottle of water. At first, the incredible service stood out for us, but when the food arrived we were just as impressed with that. The personnel had great suggestions and were really there to give everyone a good time! The prices were not cheap per se, but I don't think you can expect that from such a place. If we would have been from the area we would definitely come back more often!
