A truly wonderful place, very pleasant staff, a recently renovated and very nice setting, and excellent cuisine! For us: soft-boiled egg = Very good / Grilled octopus and lamb = Excellent, a delight, nothing better!

Very nice restaurant that's not a tourist trap (!), and where you can try haute French cusine for regular restaurant prices. We came mostly for beef tartar, which proved to not be on the daily menu, but the chef graciously agreed to make it for us! And it was probably the best beef tartar I've ever had. Absolutely recommend to visit - one of the best restaurants in Nimes!

Everything is perfect. The decor is simple yet tasteful. The attentive staff share a love of good ingredients and, above all, good food! Fresh, seasonal, and of the highest quality. I will definitely return if I'm ever in Nîmes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish! The dishes were perfectly portioned, neither too heavy nor too light – a true balance. The wine pairing was impeccable; you could tell a lot of thought went into the menu. A fantastic place, we highly recommend it!
