Good programming, clean venues, and a cozy little café inside.

Two superb films! Electric Venus and The Abandonment. Bravo! However, apart from De Gaulle 1 and 2, not much else all summer.

I'm a new resident and went to this cinema for the first time last week. The program is very interesting, and I liked the cinema from what I saw briefly—the welcome, the auditorium, etc. However, I'm shocked when I hear about reasonable prices, like 9 euros a screening!!!

A very nice cinema that shows films with less visibility upon release, unlike the big chains which often take a long time to put them on the program.

My first experience at the Semaphore cinema, and what a surprise to discover a clean place, with friendly staff, no food or drink being served in the theaters, it's quiet... finally... So many compliments!!! Three films in 24 hours—it's undoubtedly my favorite place to watch really good movies.

Not too expensive cinema, various sizes but pleasant screening rooms.

Inexpensive cinema with a good selection of films to watch. A pleasant place to eat in the cafeteria (their sweet and savory tarts are excellent), whether before or after a film!

Without a doubt, one of the best places in Nîmes. Reasonable prices for good films that you don't find everywhere. And films in their original language.

Great cinema right in the center of Nîmes. The programming is mostly art house, but not exclusively, and the prices are low. Excellent!

Au Flan Coco

06/10/2026: The service, the waiter, and the food were all perfect, thank you.
06/10/2026: Au Flan de Coco is an excellent restaurant! The ambiance is so lovely on the back patio. The inside of the restaurant is also very elegant. The food was exceptional and our server Sophien was great! We opted for the 40 euros meal that includes a small plate, a main and a dessert. It was great value for the quality and portions of the food. I highly recommend trying their signature dish “Pat à Coco”.

Le Ménestrel

02/09/2026: Excellent value for money. Delicious dishes. It felt like stepping back in time, with flavors reminiscent of medieval recipes. Immersed in a warm and welcoming tavern atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🙂👍🏼
