LE COLIGNY sur Sainte-Genevieve-Des-Bois

This was our fifth visit, and unfortunately, this latest experience was very disappointing. The food remains consistently good, and the setting is beautiful and peaceful—that's about the only positive thing we've seen. However, there was a major problem with the welcome and service. On September 12th, for our first wedding anniversary, we returned hoping to make it an annual tradition. We were sorely disappointed: the waiter was inattentive, reciting his script without any real attention to the customer. Another issue: when we made the reservation by phone, the staff were unpleasant, claiming they were busy and had little time to spare. Unacceptable. Finally, we noticed that a glass of champagne is offered at the end of the meal, but not to everyone. We received it on our very first visit a year ago (a post-wedding meal with our witnesses), but never again since, despite four returns with a gourmet menu and a bottle. The attention was clearly reserved for new customers, which is difficult for loyal customers to understand. We had hoped to make this a regular destination, but this year's experience has made us seriously reconsider returning.

It's always a great pleasure to gather around this excellent table, especially since tonight we were practically among Ma...zin. Make of that what you will…

An unforgettable lunch at Coligny. Impeccable service, attentive staff, and a warm atmosphere. As for the cuisine, it was exceptional. The flavors, the presentation of the dishes—every bite was a delight. I wholeheartedly recommend this unforgettable restaurant.

Excellent fine dining with a waiter who humorously explains what to start with on your plate.

Discovered the restaurant and was very satisfied. Excellent service and meal.

Delicious meal, impeccable service, very friendly waiters and chef. Perfect wine pairing, I highly recommend it. Come one, come all!

This was our first time, and it won't be our last; we'll definitely be back. Everything was perfect: quality, quantity, and impeccable service. Thank you for your thoughtful attention.

We had a wonderful evening. Our dishes were beautifully presented and elegant, and the service from our waiter, who came from Essaouira (where we spent part of the year), was impeccable, kind, and attentive: very professional. Thank you, we highly recommend this restaurant!

I recommend this restaurant for its refined cuisine and its very friendly and understanding staff.

Excellent food with impeccable service. The owners are always attentive and very kind. As a regular customer, I highly recommend it.
