Bravo to the chef! A delicious lunch menu enjoyed on the terrace to celebrate my birthday.

Everything is perfect: the setting, the staff, and the food. What more can I say?

We had lunch under the chestnut tree. The setting is very pleasant. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive. And the food is very good. We enjoyed it.

Incredible experience. The waitress explained how to taste the wine; it's lovely to have someone knowledgeable about wine who shares their expertise. They were able to prepare a very good vegetarian dish, which was much appreciated! The terrace is beautiful for enjoying an aperitif, and the interior is very elegant. The menus weren't overpriced for the level of the establishment. I highly recommend it; the food was refined and absolutely delicious.

A restaurant in the heart of a small village in the Tarn region, Saint-Lieux-lès-Lavaur. A shaded terrace under a majestic chestnut tree where the meal will be served. Very pleasant, a light breeze makes us forget the midday heat. As an aperitif, the summer cocktail made with Gaillac white wine, strawberry cream, and Cointreau with very plump and flavorful green olives. The starters include farm-fresh goat cheese salad with homemade eggplant caviar 🤪, pan con tomate, and Serrano ham. The main courses feature a baked cassoulet au gratin, Toulouse sausage, confit, pork rinds, and confit short ribs… a delight 🤩 accompanied by a green salad with zucchini seeds and flax. A grilled beef fillet 😋 with homemade herb butter, new potatoes, and a green salad garnished with flax seeds and zucchini. Excellent cooking, no carving knife needed, the meat was very good quality and tender. The portions were perfectly balanced. For dessert, a local cheese platter, a gianduja dessert, and farm-fresh yogurt on nougatine and crumble were exceptionally fresh and made with farm-fresh milk 🤩. A truly wonderful semi-gastronomic restaurant. My only minor criticism concerns the presentation of the dishes, which, in my opinion, could benefit from a touch of originality and color (a little jam with the cheese, perhaps...). To finish, a coffee accompanied by a regional liqueur, "Le Cabanel," mint and orange 😉

A pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, delicate and refined cuisine of very high quality. A warm and hushed welcome... I highly recommend it! We loved it!

Excellent food, beautifully presented dishes, very friendly service, and a very pleasant staff who were attentive to requests and questions. The option to eat outside or inside, which is cooler this time of year, is available. This was our second visit to this restaurant, and we will gladly return.
