One of the most convenient places I've lived. It's a gated community, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. There are plenty of insects on the ground floor, of course, but the birds sing and fly in, and you're on first-name terms with the world, in the same dance.

22/08/2026: Savoring the excellent 'calamarata' pasta with a spectacular view of the Villeneuve L. marina already makes me feel super-positive... then the deliciousness of Mr. Salvatore, the owner, and the kindness of all the staff do the rest. I recommend it!

17/08/2026: I ordered 4 pizzas during the lunch rush and was served in 10 minutes. Fast service and the gentleman at the counter was super friendly and welcoming; they even gave us a bottle of soda with our order. I recommend it and I'll be back! 👍
