Close to the central market of La Rochelle. Despite the crowds, the service was quick and friendly. The food also arrived quickly and was delicious. Main course, dessert, two glasses of wine, and two coffees for just under 50 euros—that is certainly not expensive. Highly recommended.

We stopped at this restaurant without knowing it, and we left delighted. The very friendly staff managed to seat us on the crowded terrace, and the food was excellent – we ate very well. We highly recommend it!

Le Canot

25/09/2026: Good value for money, nothing exceptional but for the price you can't complain, especially when you're just passing through for a day.
24/09/2026: I ate three different kinds of mussels, all too salty, which was a shame. The service was friendly.
