We tested this restaurant today, the dishes (salmon trilogy and beef tartare trilogy) are excellent, the welcome is warm and the service is impeccable.

We had a wonderful lunch at Régine & Norbert in Reims and really enjoyed the whole experience. The service was warm, attentive and very friendly, and everything we ordered was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The scallops were delicate and fresh, the desserts were excellent, but the real highlight for me was the steak tartare. Absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and probably one of the best dishes of our stay in Reims. It is the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy very good food and simply have a great time. Definitely a restaurant we would be very happy to return to on our next visit to Reims.

Overall, a pleasant restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and fairly good food. However, the service seemed rather average, and the person who appeared to be the owner gave us a somewhat gruff and unwelcoming impression, more in keeping with the style of a bistro than a restaurant. Nothing disastrous, but it detracted a little from the overall experience. A decent place in Reims, but with some room for improvement in terms of customer service and the welcome.

19/09/2026: I can't say more about how was the food. It was such a marvellous experience every time when we visit here. Tbh this is one of the best restaurant in Reims. Food is perfect and service is good. It's just service was bit dragging today when we were outside at the terrace bc for having entrée and main for 2hrs is bit too long for enjoying. But as always everything was perfect. Even the red wine by the glass was good enough to enjoy by itself and even with food. Thank you for such a delicious food for us to enjoy every time when we visit. We will come back again😁

10/09/2026: What a fantastic evening! Not only was the food superb—the perfectly cooked cod in saffron sauce is especially recommended—but so was the lovely, attentive service team (the owners?) who treated us like family, even though the restaurant was packed. In Germany, you'd need six servers, and they'd still be stressed. It's a shame I booked other restaurants in Reims. A real highlight.
