Excellent brunch, with quick and easy online booking. We particularly enjoyed the perfectly cooked egg and the curried hummus, which was superb. Avocado and eggs are also prominent in the various options, making it possible to create a delicious and balanced meal. The servers were very helpful and friendly. A great place for brunch; we had a wonderful time.

Excellent meal, beautifully presented dishes, smiling and friendly waiter. A minor issue arose with the bill; we were charged an extra €3 because the waiter made a mistake with the meal deals.

05/09/2026: We tested this restaurant today, the dishes (salmon trilogy and beef tartare trilogy) are excellent, the welcome is warm and the service is impeccable.
02/09/2026: We had a wonderful lunch at Régine & Norbert in Reims and really enjoyed the whole experience. The service was warm, attentive and very friendly, and everything we ordered was beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The scallops were delicate and fresh, the desserts were excellent, but the real highlight for me was the steak tartare. Absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and probably one of the best dishes of our stay in Reims. It is the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy very good food and simply have a great time. Definitely a restaurant we would be very happy to return to on our next visit to Reims.

Au Bureau - Reims Cathédrale

31/08/2026: Went here most nights for a pre dinner drink. Good beer choice and the Bud is the real thing 5+% Didn't eat just sad at one of the high top tables in the bar.
31/08/2026: The food was terrible, I complained and called the manager, and explained my problem, the manager was incompetent and didn't listen to the customer... a lack of professionalism in the kitchen.
