Yesterday, August 15th, there were four of us for the Feast of Saint Mary.
Everything started well, but when the €14 desserts were served, it was a disaster. The mille-feuille and tiramisu were almost entirely mascarpone. A complaint was filed with the hotel manager.
The pastry chef was terrible.

Essentially an average restaurant with all-day dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I experienced breakfast and lunch here as part of an event. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was too limited for a hotel of such high price. There was no option to order an omelet. At lunch, the waiter's service was somewhat neglectful.

Excellent restaurant. The quality is superb, the dishes are prepared by a skilled chef, and the ingredients are exceptional. The price is affordable, making this restaurant the best value for money. Furthermore, the service is very good, with smiling and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

A truly wonderful discovery. The service is meticulous, attentive, and exceptionally pleasant. The cuisine is sophisticated, refined, and showcases legumes with great creativity, while remaining delicious. A delightful culinary experience well worth the trip. Expect to pay around €45 per person. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who appreciate refined and original cuisine.

A huge thank you to Kevin for his warm welcome and professionalism! A very pleasant, smiling, and attentive waiter from the beginning to the end of the meal. He even kindly offered us a complimentary digestif, a very much appreciated gesture. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful time. We will gladly return.
