Le Comptoir du Malt sur Noyon

We came as a couple. The meal was excellent and we received a warm welcome. Very good value for money. We'll be back. 😉

The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating, but it's best to book ahead on weekends and busy days to be sure of getting a table. We were regularly served by the same waiter, who was very professional and attentive, but I don't know his name. There are a few vegetarian dishes on the menu (I think there are four), it's a shame there aren't more. I have the impression that the quality of the food has declined. I found the vegetarian burger lacking in sauce, and there wasn't much cheese. However, my son liked the sauce on the Comptoir burger. My husband tried the avocado and chicken salad; it was good despite the less-than-ideal presentation and the not-so-great dressing (we were told it was pre-made, which was a shame). There's a free children's menu on Tuesday evenings (and on school holiday evenings, excluding Saturdays).

We were a group of 13 people from the Paris region who dined there on Saturday, August 8, 2026. A big thank you to our hostess, Peggy, for her efficient service, her smile, and her good humor. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the excellent cuisine; congratulations to the chefs! A truly lovely establishment that I think we'll be visiting often.

First of all, thank you to Peggy for this meal. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very calm and welcoming; we felt very comfortable eating there. The food was absolutely delicious; we have nothing to complain about. Thank you again to Peggy for managing to get my partner to try Italian tartare again, as he has a pepper intolerance. And in conclusion, I highly recommend this place, as there's something for every budget and a menu with options to suit all tastes. We had an incredible time as a family. Thank you to the whole team.

I really enjoy coming here for dinner with my friends or colleagues. The portions are generous and the service is incredibly pleasant and polite (all the servers say goodbye and thank you when we leave). The prices are fair and reasonable.

We were very well received, enjoyed an excellent 'wesh classic', and the waiter was very friendly; we even had a pleasant chat.

It's still a mass-market restaurant. But it's not bad.

Everything was excellent. A menu with either new items for me, or very well-executed or revisited classics.

We were greeted by Faustin. Welcoming, smiling, and very professional, he gave us excellent advice and ensured throughout the meal that everything was perfect. His efficiency and good humor made our experience enjoyable. Thank you, Faustin.

We went last night, Saturday, June 27th. From the aperitif to the main courses, everything was fine. Then came dessert, and it was a disaster. The dessert plates were supposed to be hot, but when you see the plates arrive with melted ice cream and whipped cream, I don't think they should be served. Plus, the main courses were warm. I don't think dessert plates should be warm, do they? We had two plates in the same state, and when it came time to pay the bill, the waitress offered a bottle of beer for the plates. There were two of them, but apparently, it must be expensive because when we explained that we had two plates, she said she could only offer one. Considering the price of the plates, we should have refused them. Also, while the restaurant was certainly busy, it was incredibly hot, and the windows were in direct sunlight with no blinds or curtains to close them off. Inform customers that if desserts arrive not looking presentable, explain that the violet glaze doesn't hold up well and that you prefer not to serve it. It's a shame.
