The burgers on the kids' menu are getting smaller and smaller; they now look like the kind of appetizer burgers you get from takeout... I waited longer for my sauce than it took to eat my meal, so I ended up eating without any. It's a shame, I used to like this brasserie.

A huge thank you to Alexandre for his cheerful disposition; he served us with a smile the whole time and always asked if everything was alright. This was my fiancé and I first came, and everything was delicious. There's a great variety of food. We won't hesitate to come back as soon as the winter menu is available. 😉

First time at Le Malte, a big "thank you" to Anthony for his warm welcome and kindness throughout his service. A minor issue with the kitchen timing: the appetizer platter wasn't served at the same time as our drinks, resulting in us eating it with our empty glasses 😅 (was this intentional for a second glass? 🥂 ...though it was a real shame). The meal was decent, although my ravioli were lukewarm and the spinach flavor was practically nonexistent... Very pleasant setting.

An unpleasant smell greeted us upon entering the restaurant (a sewer smell). Once seated, the staff were very pleasant, no complaints there, but the swarm of fruit flies while we were eating was extremely unpleasant! The people around us had the same problem. The meal itself was good (the Italian pizza was no more bourrata, no cheese was offered as a substitute, but it was very good, and the spinach ravioli with two types of salmon was excellent). However, I was disappointed by the dessert, which was presented as a pavlova (my favorite dessert) but was not: a little whipped cream, practically nonexistent, two measly pieces of strawberries, a coulis, and a scoop of ice cream, which shouldn't be in this dessert (the recipe should be reviewed or removed from the menu).

We went to eat with a friend this Tuesday evening and received a very warm welcome. The servers were super friendly, the food was delicious and served quickly. I highly recommend it and we'll gladly go back 😊

02/08/2026: Excellent chain brasserie! We've never had any problems with the food, whether it's burgers, tarte flambée, or meat dishes! The service is always excellent and the staff is very competent. The interior has a lovely decor, with different types of tables and comfortable chairs. Special mention for the fries, which are really good!
30/07/2026: I go there from time to time and I'm rarely disappointed. There's a good selection on the menu, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is always great. Whether with family or friends, it's a fantastic place!

15/09/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant! First, the impeccable and warm welcome, the attentive service, right down to the ready-made water bowl for the dog upon arrival, and the perfect pace—neither too fast nor too slow despite the number of customers—a testament to the establishment's quality. Above all, a feast for the eyes, nose, and palate from beginning to end. Special mention goes to the foie gras, where all the flavors mingled harmoniously: the richness of the foie gras, the sweetness of the brioche so delicious it was almost too small, the perfect balance of sweet and acidic chutney, the spiciness of the radish, the bitterness of the sprouts and chicory, and finally, the discovery of the caper, its acidity counterbalancing the richness of the foie gras. A marvel! The chicken transported us to another world, with its ideal and spicy seasoning. The trout was equally succulent. The dessert, with all the sweet flavors of the North, was a truly memorable experience! Discoveries and comforting tastes abounded! A huge congratulations to Olivier, the chef, and the entire team! Even the recommended mocktail was excellent. One of the best restaurants in the region! See you soon!
