The croque monsieur was overcooked, especially the egg, which wasn't fried.
The dessert, the "Temptation Cup," consisted of two scoops of ice cream and whipped cream—nothing special.

Always perfect, pleasant, and friendly, plus the servers are great with children.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
Also worth noting is the free children's menu throughout the school holidays – a big plus!

We went to eat lunch at your establishment today. It's not our first time, and certainly not our first time, as our friend is a regular. We chose the hanger steak skewers. Unfortunately for our 85-year-old friend, the meat was full of gristle, making it difficult for her to eat. She mentioned it to the waiter, who passed the information on to the kitchen, but we haven't heard back. I've had a similar problem elsewhere, and the manager came to see me, but here, nothing... no gesture of goodwill whatsoever... yet the bill was quite high for the three of us.
One last thing: we would have liked to have a coffee after our dessert, but the waiter didn't come back to us.
