I had the chance to eat there this month; I ordered salmon pasta as my main course.
It was delicious.
The restaurant is lovely, very well located with a beautiful view of the Hérault River, and the manager is friendly too.
I recommend it!

I'm a regular at Brasserie Le Concept and it's always a pleasure to return. The owner is very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to her customers. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a beautiful view overlooking the Hérault River.
The dishes are excellent, generous, and prepared with care. The food is truly delicious and offers excellent value for money.
I wholeheartedly recommend this brasserie to anyone looking to have a good time in a friendly setting. Well done to the whole team, and see you soon!

Nice place, friendly waitress, however the service was very slow even though it wasn't very busy. The meal was decent, although the chicken and pasta dish could have used a bit more pasta.

An almost hour's wait for dishes served at different times... undercooked mussels marinière and a cuttlefish dish with rouille sauce that wasn't seasoned. Only the setting is worth the trip.

This little restaurant, ideally located on the banks of the Hérault River, is a resounding success. The welcome is warm, the food delicious. The gratinated oysters and razor clams are a delight, not to mention the grilled sea bass and the lovely dessert menu. A truly wonderful time on this national holiday.

Beautiful, quiet location on the banks of the Heyrault river. Attentive service. We enjoyed a simple but delicious meal. The local mussels are definitely worth trying. Prices are quite reasonable.

On the quayside below the cathedral, this restaurant enjoys a lovely location on the banks of the Hérault River. The welcome is friendly, and the menu is interesting. It was a shame, however, that there was no sole or sea bass on the day of our visit. This is undoubtedly proof that the fish is fresh. I enjoyed the razor clams and the curried mussels. A successful first experience.

Lovely little restaurant with tables along the quayside, a wonderfully welcoming owner/chef, and for my part, a beautiful, generous, and delicious plate of food. Perhaps some classics are given a slight twist, like the paella, but always with respect for the original flavors. A great little place that I recommend without hesitation! Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews!
