Le Concert de Cuisine sur Paris

A very lovely mix of Japanese and French culinary traditions. I particularly enjoyed the way fresh vegetables are served. They are very fresh (almost crunchy), and delicious. Food is presented like a piece of artwork.

My neighbor recommended me and my boyfriend who is Japanese to go see this restaurant. She was absolutely right! We were surprised by the authentic and delicious Japanese cuisine. We loved their dishes. What I liked the most was the dessert, especially the mochi with mango and wasabi sauce. The blend of subtle flavors danced in our mouth and it was fantastic! The server was efficient and friendly. What's a shame is the boss's attitude. He was grumbling with his subordinate and I didn't feel good. If you don't understand Japanese, you may not notice it. It reminded me of my old bosses in Tokyo when I worked there. It's a shameful Japanese culture in which bosses blame subordinates' mistakes so harshly that it almost amounts to bullying. It's a shame because the chef's cooking was so good! I would come back at least once a month, but if he still acts like today, I won't come back often. Maybe once a year when I miss a good authentic Japanese dish, which is difficult to find in Paris.

The chef used to work as a chef in Paris with three Michelin stars. After that, he opened a small restaurant and lived a peaceful eating life! And for decades, I have been cooking delicious dishes by myself every day. I especially praise his calm mind, especially in this fiercely competitive environment, for being able to always maintain the quality of a simple life and not being greedy! Great discovery of a refined meal and culinary show.

For my son's 18th birthday, memorable, the chef even invited my son behind the counter 🙏♥️♥️♥️ The kitchen, the best meal of my life, I’m going back there for my 60th birthday 😉 Thank you very much for this moment that remains engraved in our hearts ❤️

Several weeks before my wife & I were due to arrive in Paris for our fourth visit to this enchanting and alluring city, I reached out to the hosts of the B&B we’re now staying in, and requested they provide us with a few recommendations for restaurants to dine at during our four days here in Paris. We took their advice to have lunch at Le Concert de Cuisine, and are so very glad we did, as it ended up being one of the Top 10 dining experiences ever for both my wife & me (up there with Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London, and Le Jules Verne in the Eiffel Tower). After our first course had been served, I messaged the following to our hosts at the B&B: “The first three bites of food here at Le Concert de Cuisine have been exquisite and delectable.” For 33 Euros each for two courses, and considering the quality and freshness of each dish, plus the serving sizes, it’s a wonder how Le Concert de Cuisine makes a profit. I will let the photos tell you the rest of the story of our lunch at Le Concert de Cuisine, but in closing, if you enjoy Japanese and French inspired fusion cuisine, “do yourself a flavour”, and dine at this restaurant.

Sober decor in an ordinary street in the 15th. Delicious French-Japanese cuisine, great wine list, excellent value for money.

À deux pas de Bir Hakeim dans une rue calme, cette petite salle franco-japonaise avec cuisine ouverte propose des assiettes simples et délicates. Et plutôt saines. En dessert ne ratez pas le tiramisu au matcha (une tuerie !). Côté tarif c’est un peu au-dessus de la moyenne mais ça reste décent vu la qualité et l’ambiance : 36€ pour le repas complet (30€ pour deux plats).
