Hello, A remarkable restaurant in the heart of Cambrésis. Subtle and perfectly found combinations of flavors. Real essences from the vegetable garden run by the Master of the House if I'm not mistaken. We absolutely must protect these extraordinary tables and this disappearing profession of Cook. Next time I would like to bring my beautiful white tablecloth for comfort. I admit I'm too finicky with laundry but that's just me. I highly recommend this table. Very respectfully. Cyril Boissier

02/04/2024: Visitation on Friday March 29 evening. The staff is "very attentive", always smiling, in a good mood, attentive. Delicious and hearty meal. The setting is pleasant, serene. What more can I say except to summarize: top notch. We feel good there. Selected dishes: salad with salmon and baked potatoes, accompanied by chive sauce and dill sauce. pizza chorizo, maroilles, reblochon. (possibility of removing 1 cheese). we asked without the maroilles from the menu. (I don't remember the names of the 2 menus). 1 Dessert for 2: 2 scoops of ice cream: caramel, mint-chocolate. I asked for a “heavy hand” style chocolate sauce! 😊 Obtained without worries. Warm sauce. Delicious 😋
